Imaginet has worked with Monmouthshire Building Society for over 5 years now and they are always looking for new ways to improve the site and functionalilty for customers. The latest updates included a full revamp of the design, improvements to the site's architecture and improved on-line services for existing and new customers.
Key improvements include an Existing Customers section which covers a whole range of popular enquiries, where existing savers and borrowers can find further information and download forms. We also improved the search facility on the website and the site structure, helping cutsomers find information more easily.
