A quick word on Quality Assurance...
We may have been around for 15+ years, but we know we're only as good as our last website or digital app. So we do everything that's doable to make sure every piece of every single project is in full working order.
If we were corporate, we'd probably call it a 'belt and braces' thing!
So, among all the creatives and top developers in the office, you'll also find our Testing & Quality Assurance Manager. He's here to break every project down into bite-size deliverables, with formal tests at every milestone - so any glitches can be rooted out before the next phase gets underway.
As you'll discover when you work with us, QA is a collaborative affair, with formal Acceptance Testing built into the process. That means nothing passes muster until it's been signed off internally, and again by you. So there's no danger of straying from the brief.
We won't give you chapter and verse of the testing process here, because it's an ever-moving feast, keeping pace with a web that's always evolving. But you'll find it's always as robust and current as can be - and in the rare event that an error slips through the net, rest assured, there's no time wasted.
