We may have been in the digital world for over 15 years, but we're never complacent – especially when it comes to quality standards. We've developed a rigorous testing process, so when we build your app or website, we'll be taking pains to assess every function and account for every scenario.
QA is controlled by our Testing & Quality Assurance Manager, who breaks every project down into micro deliverables. There are formal tests at every milestone, so glitches can be diagnosed and eliminated before the next phase of work begins.
Moreover, our QA is always fully collaborative, with formal Acceptance Testing built into the process. Consequently, no project phase advances without internal and external sign-off – ensuring technical performance and a high quality user experience.
We won't document the entire testing process here, because QA is constantly changing to keep pace with the web's evolution. But you'll find our tests are always robust, maximising the latest technologies.
And in the rare event that an error passes under the radar, you can rest assured that the problem becomes our highest priority.
