Established in 1999, Intalink is a unique partnership between the county’s local authorities and a host of bus and train operators, the idea being to pool resources and improve customer information on bus and rail services within its borders. Members of Intalink include the bus operators Arriva, Metroline and Stagecoach, and the rail operators First Capital Connect, London Midland and Southern Railway.
Imaginet’s tender responded to Intalink’s requirements for a site that is fully responsive to device type (mobile, tablet, pc) with a functional content management system and a wide range of journey-navigation options. Our fresh, new design complements existing off-line branding and made room for promotional features such as banners and slideshows, as well as real-time route updates. Later features will include the ability for customers to store their preferred routes and times for simpler access to travel information.
