Imaginet Team Visit Poland to Strengthen Collaboration Between the Teams
In June 2025, colleagues from Imaginet travelled to Poland to spend valuable time with some of their team based there, reinforcing relationships and strengthening collaboration across borders.
The visit was centred in Lublin, home to Pawel, Bartek, Kacper, Maciej and Amadeusz. The city left a strong impression on everyone involved. Known for its beauty, history and vibrant atmosphere, Lublin provided a memorable setting for both work and connection. The city’s welcoming feel and picturesque surroundings added to the overall experience, making it a place many hope to return to.
The Polish team were exceptional hosts throughout the visit. From organising sessions to sharing their local culture and knowledge of the city, they ensured the visiting colleagues felt genuinely welcome. Their hospitality helped create a relaxed and open environment, encouraging collaboration not just in meetings, but beyond them as well.
While the trip included important syncs and discussions, one of its biggest takeaways was the importance of human interaction. Spending time together in person enabled stronger connections, clearer communication and deeper trust—things that are difficult to fully achieve through virtual meetings alone. Informal conversations and shared experiences helped strengthen bonds and reinforced a sense of being one team, despite geographical distance.
Adam Kerrigan, Professional Services Manager at Imaginet, said:
“The visit to Poland was a powerful reminder that face‑to‑face interaction still plays a vital role in building successful, collaborative teams. The relationships strengthened in Lublin will continue to support Imaginet’s work and collaboration well into the future. We look forward to meeting up with our colleauges and friends again soon, with perhaps not so much vodka next time!”
