The Go-Ahead Group owns and operates a number of bus companies, each delivering services tailored to their local communities and franchise requirements. For example, Oxford Bus Company operates its core commercial services across Oxford.

At Go-Ahead we are keen to innovate towards improving Customer Experience and our term of working with Imaginet in particular almost certainly comes from their adaptability to scope and deliver fairly bespoke solutions. On support this also means access to capable developers who provide full assurance of timely resolution, another key element of a partner supporting technical pilots. From the early launch of our ITSO Key Smartcard Portals from 2010 to our 2026 industry-first web solutions for Open Loop Contactless EMV Card as Authority to Travel, Imaginet have been an excellent collaborator and we would have no hesitance to reach out to the team for future projects.
